Delivery & Returns

Coloured Earth Jewellery has made every effort to display the items as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate photography and descriptions. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. Any item of jewellery can also be custom made to measure on request when ordering. 

Delivery
Each item of jewellery comes presented in its own jewellery box and will be posted to you in a padded envelope.

All orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery at a cost of £4.50, if shown as 'in stock' please allow 7 working days for delivery. If shown as 'available to order' please allow 2/3 weeks for delivery. All orders over the value of £100.00 postage is free.

All orders within Europe are delivered by International Signed For at a cost of £7.50, if shown as 'in stock' please allow 10 working days for delivery. If shown as 'available to order' please allow 3/4 weeks for delivery.

All orders Worldwide including USA are delivered by International Signed For at a cost of £10.00. If shown as 'in stock' please allow 10 working days for delivery.If shown as 'available to order', please allow 3/4 weeks for delivery.

Refunds Coloured Earth operates a 7 working day guarantee from date of despatch during which you can return the item exactly as it was received for a full refund less deductions for postage. Note all earrings must be returned unworn. All bespoke and custom made items are non refundable.
