It is important to remember that Coloured Earth Jewellery is made from natural materials which will not react well to harsh cleaning products. Therefore, I advise that you do not use ‘ silver dip’ or any other related cleaning product to clean this jewellery . I recommend that you use a soft jeweller’s cloth to keep it
looking at its best. To help prevent tarnishing try keeping your jewellery in a self sealed plastic bag.

Guarantee

Every piece of Coloured Earth jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear.  However, items broken through no design or manufacturing fault will unfortunately have to be replaced at the customers own expense. Refurbishment of jewellery items is available at a small cost of £25.00 after the guarantee has expired.
