Coloured Earth Jewellery was founded in 2007 by Michelle Nazar after an inspirational trip to India ....
Since its launch Coloured Earth has grown from strength to strength, with a steadily increasing and exclusive stockists list and growing repertoire of unusual designs.
" Art and any other creatively artistic past time have always been a passion of mine. After gaining my degree in Art, I had planned to teach. However, through a fateful chance meeting with a Canadian jewellery designer on holiday in India , Coloured Earth Jewellery was born."
" My jewellery design and colour combinations reflect my Asian ancestry and life long fascination with traveling to countries such as India, Pakistan and Morocco."
Coloured Earth Jewellery uses semi-precious gemstone, wood, silver and shell to create handcrafted, exclusive, individual statement pieces, designed to be worn by women who like to express their own individuality.
" Starting my own jewellery business has been a huge learning curve, extremely hard work but tremendously rewarding. It has required me to believe in myself as much as the jewellery I produce’.
Coloured Earth has concentrated hard to establish a customer base in 2007, and now has jewellery collections in several UK stockists, which include Johnny Rocket Bespoke Jewellery Gallery London".
Throughout 2008 Coloured Earth was featured in several magazines, including several issues of ‘Vogue’, which has helped to establish a loyal customer following. Take a look at our press section to find out where we have been featured and recent news.
With the exciting launch of the new online boutique in April 2009, offering news, new trends, style tips, ever changing 'Signature' pieces and seasonal collections. Coloured Earth has also developed, to include a fantastic, exclusive accessories section, online mid May, which will feature collections from innovative designers, handpicked to compliment Coloured Earth’s own collections. It also offers a brand new wholesale section, for trade customers making it easier for them to view both the wholesale and RRP prices together.
